These terms apply to purchases from rindygate.com. The seller is Marat Islamov, trading as Rindy Gate, Israel. Contact: hello@rindygate.com.

Products

Rindy devices are controllers that connect to existing gate motors, barriers and door locks. Installation must follow the wiring guide and local electrical rules. If you are not comfortable with wiring, use a qualified installer.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the device only; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken by our payment providers (such as PayPal or Stripe). We do not store your card details.

Orders

An order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a device is out of stock or cannot be delivered to your address.

Safety and responsibility

Do not use a Rindy device as the only safety system of a gate. Gate motors must keep their own safety sensors and limit switches. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the device, as far as the law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. This does not limit consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.
