What we collect

When you order or contact us: your name, email, phone number and delivery address. When you use the Rindy app: your account email, the devices you own and the people you share access with.

Why

To deliver your order, provide support, run the app and send you updates you asked for. We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with services needed to fulfil your order: payment providers (PayPal, Stripe), carriers, and our hosting provider. Each of them processes the data under its own privacy policy.

Payments

Card details are entered on the payment provider side. We never see or store full card numbers.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept as long as required for accounting and warranty. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or delete it by writing to hello@rindygate.com.
