Rindy Gate sells its devices online and ships them to customers worldwide.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you before you pay.

Processing time

Orders in stock are packed and handed to the carrier within 3 business days. Pre-orders ship when the batch is ready; the expected date is shown before you pay.

Delivery time and cost

Delivery usually takes 7 to 20 business days depending on the country. The shipping cost and the estimated delivery time are shown at checkout. Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to you by email.

Customs and taxes

Import duties and taxes in your country, if any, are charged by your local customs and are paid by the buyer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within 30 days after the estimated date, or arrives damaged, write to hello@rindygate.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund.
