Returns, refunds and warranty

30-day returns

You can return a device within 30 days after delivery for any reason. Write to hello@rindygate.com with your order number. The device should be complete and undamaged. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the device is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

We refund the full price of the device within 10 business days after we receive the return, to the same payment method you used. Original shipping costs are refunded if the device was faulty or wrong.

Pre-order cancellations

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships and get a full refund.

Warranty

Every device has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a device fails under normal use, we repair it, replace it or refund it. The warranty does not cover damage from wrong wiring, water, lightning or physical damage.
